How the Cash Gap Tracker works
Type your bills and the cash you have. The tracker shows your gap, how many orders close it and how many days your cash covers. Log invoices and each one is marked Open, Due soon, Overdue or Paid by itself, with the number of the follow-up script to send. The price calculator takes the take-home you want, adds the platform fee (Fiverr keeps 20%, and you set your usual Upwork fee) and rounds up so you never keep less than your goal. One currency cell in Settings feeds every money value, so it works in dollars, pounds, euros, rand or anything else.

Do I need Fiverr or Upwork to use this?
No. One full chapter covers selling directly to past clients and warm contacts, which often brings money in faster and has no platform fees.
Is this a PLR or resell product?
No. It’s for your own use. You can’t resell or share the files.
Can I fill in the PDFs on my computer?
Yes. There are over 970 fillable boxes and tick boxes. Open the files in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free), type, and save. You can also print them.
Does the tracker work in Google Sheets?
It’s built for Excel and tested in LibreOffice Calc. Other apps may open it, but locked cells and some formatting might not carry over.
I live outside the US. Will it work for me?
Yes. Use the A4 PDFs and set your own currency symbol in the tracker.
Are platform fees up to date?
They were correct when the kit was made. Fees change, so the tracker lets you edit every fee in one place.
Is income guaranteed?
