Snowquill is a letter from Santa template that writes itself around your child. You type their name, age, town and a few things they did this year, like “helped Grandma rake the leaves.” Snowquill drops those details into a warm, personal letter signed by Santa Claus, then fills the same details into eight more North Pole printables. Pick a theme, press print, and Christmas Eve is sorted.
It is a single file that opens in your web browser. There is no Canva login, no app to install and no internet needed once it is downloaded.

How the Santa Letter Template Works
- Open the Snowquill file in Chrome or Edge.
- Type your child’s details. The preview updates as you type.
- Choose a letter style, a color theme and your paper size.
- Press Print full set, or print a single page.
If a letter style uses a detail you skipped, such as a pet’s name, a yellow note tells you. Long letters shrink a little so they always fit on one page, and long names shrink to fit the certificate.
Made for Busy Families
- Up to 8 children. New children copy the family name, town and address, so you only type what’s different.
- Print every child at once. One Nice List, then each child’s full set in order.
- Tags that rotate names. One sheet of gift tags can cover the whole family.
- Saves as you type in your browser, with a backup file you can load next Christmas or on another computer.
- Private. Your children’s details stay on your own computer.
Themes, Sizes and Formats
Choose Classic Red with gold, Evergreen, or Frosted Blue with silver. Every page prints on US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) or A4.
- Letter studio: HTML file, tested in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on a computer. You can fill it in on a phone in Chrome.
- Handwrite sets: PDF, opens in any PDF reader.
- User guide: DOCX, opens in Word, Pages or LibreOffice.
