Kiddo Compass is a 109-page kids routine chart and ADHD executive function toolkit that turns the hardest parts of the day into simple, visual steps. Morning routines, homework, chores, big feelings, screen time and rewards all get their own clear, kid-friendly pages, so your child knows what to do next and you spend less time repeating yourself.
Every page is printable and fillable, comes in US Letter and A4, and includes a full-color version plus a printer-friendly Ink-Saver version. A short grown-up tip at the bottom of each page tells you exactly how to use it.
What This Kids Routine & Executive Function Toolkit Does
Children with ADHD and other busy brains often struggle with the skills that make a day run smoothly: remembering steps, sensing how long things take, starting tasks, switching activities and calming down when feelings get big. Kiddo Compass makes those skills visible. Instead of “go get ready,” your child follows a picture checklist. Instead of a meltdown over screen time, they hand in a screen-time pass. Instead of a vague “clean your room,” they complete an eight-step Room Rescue Mission.
