Pantry to Plate Meal Planner | Excel & Google Sheets | Weekly Menu Planner, Auto Grocery List, Recipe Organizer, Pantry Inventory & Food Budget Tracker

$14.99

Plan your week and let the grocery list write itself. Pick meals from your own recipe book and Pantry to Plate works out what to buy, subtracts what’s already in your pantry, rounds up to real pack sizes and sorts everything by store aisle. Calories, macros, food costs and expiry alerts update on their own. Works in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Sunday evening. Fridge half full, no plan, and somebody is already asking what’s for dinner tomorrow.

Pantry to Plate fixes that in about five minutes a week.

You choose meals for each day. The workbook does the rest. It totals every ingredient, checks your pantry, works out what you still need, rounds it up to the packs you’d actually buy and sorts the list in the order you walk the store. You see the shopping bill before you leave home, and you stop buying a third jar of the same sauce.

What it does

  • Plans 7 days x 5 meal slots, with servings and prep notes for each day
  • Builds your grocery list automatically from the plan
  • Subtracts what you already have in the fridge, freezer and cupboards
  • Rounds quantities to whole packs and prices them against your weekly budget
  • Sorts the list by aisle, in your store’s order
  • Adds up calories, protein, carbs and fat per person, per day, with an On target / Under / Over status
  • Flags food that’s about to expire, right on the dashboard
  • Scales any recipe up or down on the Recipe Card
