Who This Planner Set Is For

It suits anyone who likes to plan on paper but wants the speed of typing too. Students use it for deadlines and study blocks. Freelancers use it to split a messy week into clear days. Parents use it to keep school runs, meals and appointments in one place. Small business owners use it to set weekly priorities and review what actually got done.

If you have tried planners before and quit after two weeks, this one is simple on purpose. Each page does one job.

Planner Pages and Features

Daily Plan

A half-hour schedule from 5:30 am to 10:00 pm sits beside your top 3 priorities, a gratitude section and a 12-item to-do list. Circle the weekday in the header. Tick off eight water circles through the day and mark your mood at night. A notes box catches the rest.

Daily Focus

For days without a timetable. Write the one big thing, then split tasks into morning, afternoon and evening. Eight circles track 25-minute focus sessions. End with three wins and a short list for tomorrow.

Weekly Plan (Monday or Sunday start)

Set a weekly focus, pick three priorities and list your to-dos. Track five habits across seven days. Every day gets its own block with a date and three lines. Two versions are included, so the week starts when you want it to.

Weekly Review

Ten minutes at the end of the week. List your wins, what went wrong and what you learned. Check each priority as done, partly or not yet. Rate the week from 1 to 10, mark your energy, and set next week’s focus.

Monthly Plan (Monday or Sunday start)

A six-row calendar grid fits every month, even the ones that run across six weeks. Each square has room for a date and a short note. Below the grid you get priorities, a 9-item to-do list and a notes box.

Monthly Goals and Review

Choose three goals. Add why each one matters and the first small step. List key dates. At month end, look back at wins, lessons and what carries forward, then give the month a score.

Habit Tracker

Track up to 14 habits across 31 days, with a Done column for monthly totals and two reflection boxes underneath.

Lined Notes and Dot Grid Notes

Two plain pages for meeting notes, lists, sketches and mind maps. The dot grid uses 5 mm spacing.

How It Works

  1. Download the ZIP file and unzip it.
  2. Open the folder for your paper size and color.
  3. Pick the Printable file for handwriting, or the Fillable file for typing.
  4. Print the pages you need at Actual size (100%).
  5. Punch holes if you like and add the pages to your binder.

Print as many copies as you want for your own use. Most people print a stack of daily pages and one monthly page at a time.

Fillable PDF Planner Pages

The fillable files have typing lines, notes boxes and tick boxes on all 11 planner pages. Click a line, type, and save your copy. You can then print it or keep it on screen. Use any PDF reader that supports forms. Fillable files work best on a computer. Typed fields support standard Latin characters, so emoji and other alphabets will not show.

File Formats and Software Requirements

  • Planner files: PDF (printable and fillable). Fonts are embedded.
  • User guide: DOCX and PDF.
  • Paper sizes: US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), A4 (210 x 297 mm), A5 (148 x 210 mm), Half Letter (5.5 x 8.5 in).
  • Colors: Charcoal, Sage and Blush.
  • You need: a PDF reader and a printer, or a print shop.

Customization

The design is fixed, but the pages are yours to arrange. Print only the pages you use. Choose Monday or Sunday starts. Mix colors across your binder, for example Sage for work and Blush for home. Type your regular commitments into a fillable page once, then print copies and add the rest by hand. Wide side margins leave room for hole punches.

Ways to Use It

  • Plan a busy workday in half-hour blocks.
  • Map out the week on Sunday night.
  • Run a monthly reset with goals and key dates.
  • Build a morning routine with the habit tracker.
  • Keep school, work and family appointments on one page.
  • Take meeting notes on the lined page, then plan follow-ups.
  • Give a student a printable planner for exam season.
