What this teacher planner does
Bell to Bell gives you one place to plan lessons, track dates and keep records. The weekly spread has seven planning columns across two pages, so a self-contained classroom teacher can give each subject its own column. Teach by period? Label them Period 1 to Period 7 instead.
US holidays are already printed on the calendars. Labor Day, Thanksgiving, MLK Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth and Teacher Appreciation Day are there before you pick up a pen.

The Toolkit adds a lesson plan, undated weekly and monthly pages, a unit planner, a gradebook spread, an attendance spread, two seating charts, substitute plans, a behavior log, meeting notes, a field trip planner, a classroom budget, student info cards and a copy and prep list. Print those pages as many times as you need, any year.
How it works

- Open the PDF for your paper size in a free PDF reader.
- Print at Actual size (100%), double-sided, flipping on the long edge.
- Punch the wide margin for a disc planner or 3-ring binder, or ask a print shop for spiral binding.
Front pages have the wider margin on the left and back pages on the right. When you print double-sided, those margins line up, so the punch never lands on your writing space.

Customization
The pages are designed to be filled in by hand. Write your own subjects or periods at the top of each weekly column. Print only the months you need, or print the roster and checklists once for each class. Starting mid-year? Use the undated weekly and monthly pages in the Toolkit. Any page with money on it, like the wish list and budget, uses a neutral Amount column with a blank currency space, so it works wherever you teach.

This is a digital product. Nothing will be shipped. Your files are ready to download as soon as payment is confirmed. The license covers personal use for one teacher. You can print as many copies as you need for your own classroom, but please do not share, resell or upload the files.

US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) and A4. Both are included.
Will this fit my Happy Planner Big?
Yes. Use the US Letter file and a disc punch. It does not fit the Classic size.
Does the week start on Sunday or Monday?
Monthly calendars start on Sunday. Weekly lesson pages run Monday to Friday.
Can I use it on an iPad or tablet?
The PDFs have clickable tabs and links that work in PDF readers. If you plan to write digitally, open the file in your annotation app and check the links work there first.
My school starts in August. Will this still work?
Yes. July is included for summer planning. Start wherever your year starts.
Can I print it more than once?
Yes. Print as many copies as you need for your own classroom.
Is a 2027-2028 teacher planner included?
Yes. Both school years are in the download, in both paper sizes.
