This printable meal planner kit takes the guesswork out of “what’s for dinner?” You get ten planner pages that work together, so you can plan the month, map out the week, write a grocery list by aisle and keep an eye on what you spend. Print at home, fill it in with a pen, and stick it on the fridge.
Most meal planners on the market are a single grid. That’s fine until you need a shopping list, or a place to write down the chili recipe everyone loved. This kit covers the whole routine in one download.

Sizes and Styles
You get 17 PDFs in total. There are four page sizes:
- US Letter (8.5 x 11 in)
- A4 (210 x 297 mm)
- A5 (148 x 210 mm)
- Half Letter (5.5 x 8.5 in)
Each size comes in four styles. Pick Color or Ink-Saver, then lined or dot grid. The Color pages use soft blush pink and sage green headers. The Ink-Saver pages drop all the color fills and keep thin gray lines, which helps a lot when your printer is running low.
There’s also a hyperlinked tablet edition. It has a cover page, a “What’s Inside” index and clickable side tabs that jump straight to each planner page.
Who This Meal Planning Printable Is For
It works for anyone who cooks at home and wants a bit more order in the kitchen.
- Busy parents feeding a family of four on a weeknight schedule
- Couples who keep asking each other what to eat
- College students and people cooking for one
- Anyone trying to cut down on takeout or food waste
- Meal preppers who batch cook on Sundays
- Bullet journal and A5 planner fans who want neat inserts
Why You’ll Like Using It
Planning meals ahead is one of the easiest ways to spend less at the store. You buy what you need, not what looks good when you’re hungry. The pantry page shows what you already have, so that third jar of peanut butter stays on the shelf.
The pages connect. Plan the week, write the ingredients straight onto the grocery list beside it, then prep on Sunday with the Meal Prep Planner. When a new recipe is a hit, it goes on the Recipe Card and into Favorite Meals. A month later you have your own list of dinners to pick from.
Everything is undated. Start in March, skip a summer, pick it back up in October. Nothing goes to waste.

Customizing Your Planner
No money symbols are printed on the pages. Fields say Budget, Planned, Spent or Amount, so you can write dollars, pounds, euros or any other currency. Mix sizes freely. Many people print the monthly page on Letter and the grocery list on Half Letter so it fits in a bag. The tablet edition works with a stylus in PDF apps that support handwriting.
