Most pricing templates give you one formula. Hue & Margin puts seven pricing strategies side by side so you can compare them and choose with confidence:

Customization
Rename categories, units and sales channels, change the currency, and adjust colors, fonts and column widths. Formula cells are protected without a password, so you can unlock a sheet if you want to make deeper changes.

Frequently asked questions
Does this pricing calculator work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the .xlsx to Google Drive and choose File → Save as Google Sheets. Dropdowns, charts and every calculation work.
Do I need the latest version of Excel?
No. It works in Excel 2010 and newer, on Windows and Mac, and in Excel for the web.
Does it include Etsy and other marketplace fees?
Yes. Add up to 8 sales channels with their percentage, payment-processing and fixed fees. Each product uses the channel you choose. Fees change from time to time, so enter your platform’s current rates.
Can I use my own currency?
Yes. Type any currency symbol in Settings and it appears on every money label.
What’s the difference between margin and markup?
Margin is profit as a percentage of the price. Markup is profit as a percentage of cost. The workbook shows both for every price.
Can it calculate wholesale prices?
Yes. Every product shows a suggested wholesale price, and you can set up a wholesale channel to price wholesale orders directly.
How many products can I add?
Up to 100 products, 150 materials and 500 recipe lines.
Can I share or resell this template?
Your purchase is for personal use and use within your own business. It may not be shared, resold or redistributed.
