The packing lists already include swimsuits, plug adapters, reef-safe sunscreen and the rings. The documents checklist has a column for each of you. The timeline is written out for you. Blank lines sit under every list for your own extras.
A honeymoon budget tracker that adds itself up
In the Excel workbook, set a planned amount for 12 categories. Log each booking with what you’ve paid and when the balance is due, and log what you spend on the trip. The dashboard shows days to go, money spent and money left, savings progress, the next payment due and how many thank-you notes you still owe. Payments turn amber two weeks before they’re due and red once they’re late.
Any currency
The printable pages leave money fields neutral, so you can write in dollars, euros, pounds or anything else. The workbook has one currency setting. Pick it once and every money label in the file follows.

- The digital PDF is sized 3:4 for tablets and works best in apps that support PDF links

Customizing it
Print only the sections you’ll use, or print extra daily pages for a longer trip. On a tablet, duplicate any page and paste photos into the vision board and hotel frames. In the workbook, rename the spare budget category to whatever you need, and change dates or amounts any time. Everything recalculates on its own.

Does it work with GoodNotes and Notability?
The digital PDF uses standard PDF links, which GoodNotes and Notability support. Turn your pen off to tap a link.
Can I type into the planner pages?
The planner pages are made for writing by hand or with a stylus. The Excel budget is where you type.
Can I use my own currency?
Yes. Money fields on the pages have no currency sign, and the workbook has one currency setting with dollars as the default.
Our trip is longer than 14 days. Will it work?
Yes. Print or duplicate as many daily plan pages as you need.
Does the budget workbook work in Google Sheets?
It’s built for Microsoft Excel. It hasn’t been tested in Google Sheets, so some features may not carry over.
Is there a Canva version?
No. The planner comes as ready-to-use PDFs with an Excel workbook.
Can I share it or sell printed copies?
No. It’s licensed for personal use only. Print as many copies as you need for yourselves, but please don’t share, resell or redistribute the files.
