Weekly Meal Planner Printable Bundle: Plan, Shop, Prep and Track

Dinner gets decided at 5:30 pm. The grocery list lives on three scraps of paper. Half the food goes bad before you cook it. Sound familiar? This weekly meal planner printable gives you one tidy system for the whole loop, so you plan once and stop guessing every night.

Fresh Week is a bundle of 11 printable pages in four paper sizes, with a Monday-start and a Sunday-start version of everything. You print what you need, write on it with a pen, and stick it on the fridge or slide it into a binder. No app, no login, no subscription.

What’s included

Every PDF holds all 11 pages:

  • Weekly Meal Plan: seven days of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, with a shopping box, a prep and notes area, and a cooked-at-home tracker.
  • Grocery List: nine labeled store sections with a checkbox on every line, plus budget, estimate and actual total boxes.
  • Write-In Grocery List: the same layout with blank section labels, so you choose the categories.
  • Master Shopping Checklist: 72 everyday items already printed. Check what you need instead of writing it all out.
  • Meal Prep Planner: what to cook, a timeline for prep day, and a portion plan for lunches and dinners.
  • Food and Water Tracker: meals, water, veggie, fruit and protein servings, mood, energy and movement.
  • Monthly Meal Overview: a month calendar for dinners, events and prep days.
  • Pantry, Fridge and Freezer Inventory: quantities and use-by dates, plus a Use Soon box.
  • Meal Ideas and Favorites: six lists, including quick meals under 20 minutes.
  • Recipe Page: ingredients, numbered steps, notes and a star rating.
  • Food Budget Tracker: a spending log with budget, spent and left over boxes.

You also get a DOCX user guide with printing tips, a page-by-page walkthrough, a 20-minute weekly routine, troubleshooting and FAQs.

Why you’ll like it

Most meal planner printables stop at one page and a basic list. This one follows what you actually do each week. You check the pantry, pick the meals, write the list, prep, cook and track. Each page feeds the next.

  • Stop the nightly “what’s for dinner?” scramble.
  • Waste less food by cooking what you already own.
  • Keep an eye on grocery spending with simple budget boxes.
  • Use it your way. Skip the tracker, double up on grocery lists, or keep only the weekly plan.
  • Money boxes say “Amount”, so you can write dollars, pounds, euros or any other currency.

Print on the paper you have

Seven print layouts are included, each in Monday-start and Sunday-start versions (14 PDFs in total):

  • US Letter (8.5 x 11 in)
  • A4 (210 x 297 mm)
  • A5 binder size (148 x 210 mm), with a wider left margin for hole punching
  • Half-Letter binder size (5.5 x 8.5 in), with a wider left margin for hole punching
  • A5 on an A4 sheet, with cut marks
  • A5 on a US Letter sheet, with cut marks
  • Half-Letter on a US Letter sheet, with cut marks

The cut-mark files let you make binder-size pages on a regular home printer. Print, trim along the marks, and you’re done.

How it works

  1. Buy and download the ZIP file. It’s available right after checkout.
  2. Open the folder for your paper size and pick Monday or Sunday start.
  3. Print at Actual Size (100%). Never use “fit to page”.
  4. Write, check things off and repeat each week. Reprint any page whenever you need more.

File formats and what you need

  • Meal planner pages: PDF (14 files in 7 folders)
  • User guide: DOCX
  • A PDF reader, such as the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, and a printer
  • The pages are made for printing and handwriting. They are not fillable forms.

Customize it

Pick the start day that fits your week. Use pencil for the plan, since plans change. Slide a page into a clear sleeve and use a dry-erase marker to reuse it. Print the Master Shopping Checklist a few times and keep copies by the fridge. Punch the binder-size pages and build your own planner.

Digital download information

This is an instant digital download. Nothing is shipped. Your files are available as soon as payment is confirmed. Because digital files can’t be returned, refunds may not be available, but if anything is wrong with a file, get in touch and we’ll fix it. Colors can look a little different on screen and on paper.

License: personal use only. Please don’t resell, share, upload or redistribute the files, and don’t sell printed copies.

Frequently asked questions

Can I type into the PDF?

No. These pages are built for printing and writing by hand.

Which size should I download?

In the US, use the US Letter folder. Outside the US, A4 is usually the right choice. For binders, pick A5 or Half-Letter.

Can I print A5 or Half-Letter pages on regular paper?

Yes. Use the cut-mark folders. Print on a full sheet, then trim along the marks.

What’s the difference between Monday and Sunday start?

Only the order of the days on the weekly plan, the monthly calendar, the prep portion plan and the day circles. Everything else matches.

Can I print one page again and again?

Yes, as often as you like for your own use.

Does it include calorie counting?

There’s a small calorie blank on each meal in the daily tracker, but the page is mostly about habits like water, veggies and mood. It isn’t medical or nutrition advice.

Is it a physical product?

No. It’s an instant digital download that you print yourself.
