Pebblestep is an ADHD digital planner built around tiny, doable steps we call pebbles. Instead of a mile-long to-do list and pages that make you feel behind, you get calm, hyperlinked pages that help you pick three priorities, build micro habits that stick and get back on track after a hard week. Choose undated (start any month) or 2027 dated, Monday or Sunday start, in three soothing color themes.

Why this ADHD digital planner works when others don’t

Most planners assume you will fill every box, every day. ADHD brains rarely work that way, so missed pages pile up and the planner gets abandoned. Pebblestep flips that around:

  • Tiny wins first. Every checkbox is a pebble you color in. Small, visible progress keeps motivation going.
  • Three priorities a day. One Must, one Should and one Could, so you always know what matters most.
  • Plan vs actually time blocks. Write the plan, then what really happened. It is a gentle way to beat time blindness and learn your real pace.
  • No guilt. The undated version has no empty dates staring back at you. Skip a week, turn to today and carry on.
  • Calm, uncluttered pages. Soft colors, clear labels and generous writing space, without visual overload.

Who it’s for

Pebblestep is made for adults with ADHD and other neurodivergent minds, and for anyone tired of all-or-nothing productivity systems. It suits students, parents, freelancers and busy professionals who plan on an iPad, Android tablet or computer, and anyone who wants to build habits gently, one small step at a time.

What’s included

  • 12 planner PDFs: 3 color themes (Sunny Pastel, Calm Sage and Night Owl dark mode) x undated or 2027 dated x Monday or Sunday start
  • 539 to 547 hyperlinked pages in each planner
  • 253 transparent PNG stickers plus a 4-page sticker book PDF
  • 12 cover designs (PDF and PNG)
  • 79 printable inserts in US Letter and A4
  • An illustrated user guide (DOCX)

How it works

  1. Download and unzip your files after purchase.
  2. Choose the theme and version you like and import the PDF into your note-taking app.
  3. Spend five minutes on the Start Here and About My Brain pages, pick three micro habits and start planning today.

File formats and software requirements

The planner is a landscape PDF (1024 x 768 pt, 4:3 ratio) designed for PDF annotation apps that support hyperlinks, such as GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo, Noteshelf and Flexcil, on iPad, Android tablets and computers. Each planner file is about 2.5 MB, so it opens quickly. You need a tablet or computer, a PDF app with hyperlink support and, ideally, a stylus. Stickers are PNG files and the guide is a Word document.

Customization

Pick your theme and week start, start the undated planner in any month, and write your own hours into the time blocks so your day can begin whenever you do. Duplicate any template in your app, add stickers and swap covers. Money pages use a blank currency box and neutral columns, so you can plan in dollars or any other currency.

Real-life ways to use it

  • Restarting your routine after a rough patch with one Must a day.
  • Building a morning meds-and-water habit with the micro-habit tracker.
  • Breaking “clean the garage” or “do my taxes” into timed ten-minute steps.
  • Pausing impulse purchases with the 24-hour wishlist.
  • Preparing for a doctor or therapy appointment so nothing gets forgotten.
  • Planning a whole semester or work project from goal map to daily pebbles.

Digital download

This is an instant digital download. No physical item will be shipped. Your files are available right after checkout. The planner is for personal use only: please do not share, resell or redistribute the files.
