What this printable budget planner helps you do

Most budget printables give you one monthly page and a few trackers. This one is built as a full system. You set a starting point, plan the month, track as you go, then review and reset.

  • Plan every dollar with a monthly budget that shows budget vs actual for income, bills, expenses, savings and debt.
  • Stop missing bills with a 12-month bill tracker, a 1 to 31 due-date calendar and a subscription tracker with Keep and Cancel columns.
  • Watch savings grow using a savings jar, 100 numbered hexagons, 100 coins, sinking funds and two 52-week savings challenges.
  • Pay off debt faster with a debt overview, a snowball or avalanche payoff plan, payment trackers and a thermometer you color in.
  • See the big picture with an annual overview, net worth tracker and credit score tracker.

Who it is for

It suits first-time budgeters, families juggling lots of bills, anyone paid weekly or every two weeks, and anyone working through credit card or loan debt. If you like ticking boxes and coloring in progress bars, you will enjoy using it. If you have tried budgeting apps and stopped opening them, paper might be the thing that sticks.

How it works

  1. Download your files right after checkout.
  2. Pick your size (US Letter or A4) and your week start (Sunday or Monday).
  3. Print at 100% on regular paper. Card stock looks lovely for the covers and dividers.
  4. Fill in the Money Snapshot and Financial Goals pages first, then plan your first month.
  5. Reprint the monthly pages whenever you need fresh ones.

Opening the PDF on a computer or tablet? The contents page is clickable, and the section menu at the bottom of every page jumps you straight to that section.

File formats and requirements

  • 4 planner PDFs: US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) and A4 (210 x 297 mm), each in Sunday and Monday start
  • 2 PDFs of covers, dividers and spines (US Letter and A4)
  • 1 ZIP file of PNG cover images
  • 1 DOCX user guide
  • You need a free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader and a home or office printer. Fonts are embedded, so there is nothing to install.

Make it your own

Every money column is labeled Amount, Budget or Actual with no printed currency sign, so it works in dollars, pounds, euros, rand or any other currency. Pages are undated, so you can start in March or September and reprint the same file next year. Print only the pages you use, add extra copies of your favorites, and color code with highlighters. The wider left margin leaves room for a 3-hole punch or disc binding.

Why buyers choose it

  • Large, easy-to-read labels and roomy rows you can actually write in
  • Both US Letter and A4 included, plus Sunday and Monday start
  • Six budget styles, so you can match your plan to how you get paid
  • Snowball and avalanche debt payoff guidance right on the page
  • Numbered savings and debt hexagons, so each shape has a clear value
  • A real user guide, not just a list of files

Ways to use it

  • Paying off two credit cards? Track each one on its own Debt Payment Tracker and color a hexagon for every 1% you pay down.
  • Paid every two weeks? Use the Multi-Paycheck Planner to decide which check covers rent and which covers the car loan.
  • Dreading December? Set up Sinking Funds for gifts, back to school and car repairs, and save a little each month.
  • Want a reset? Run the No-Spend Challenge for a month and write down what you skipped buying.
