We built it after looking hard at the planners couples buy and the reviews they leave. People love pretty pages. They get frustrated with planners that are mostly stock photos, links that skip around, budgets that do no math, and calendars that run out too soon. So this one is 165 working pages, every one of them linked, with a calendar that runs to the end of 2028 and a bonus Excel workbook that adds everything up for you.
What this digital wedding planner does
It keeps every decision, date and dollar in one place. Open it in a PDF note app like GoodNotes or Notability and write straight on the pages. Prefer paper? Print the white printable version on US Letter or A4 and build a binder.
Thirteen side tabs sit on every page. Six round shortcut icons at the top take you to the index, calendar, checklist, budget, guest list and notes. Each section opens with a page that lists what is inside, with page numbers, so nothing gets buried.

Wedding checklist and calendar
A month-by-month wedding checklist in 12 time blocks, from 12+ months out to after the wedding, with done-by dates and space for your own tasks. Two master to-do lists. A linked calendar from October 2026 to December 2028, with year views, next and previous month links, undated months and six weekly pages.
Wedding budget
Budget setup with a starting split, budget by category across 24 categories (estimated, actual, paid and balance), two payment schedule pages and three expense logs. Money fields say Amount, so you can write in any currency.
Guest list and seating chart
Guest overview with meal counts and RSVP totals, 250 numbered guest lines, an address book, round and long table seating charts, a floor plan page, hotel blocks and a gift and thank-you tracker.
Vendors
A vendor directory, a contract checklist and 12 vendor comparison pages (venue, photographer, videographer, caterer, florist, cake, DJ or band, hair and makeup, officiant, rentals, transportation and stationery). Each one has the right rows for that vendor, three option columns and questions worth asking.
Ceremony, reception and style
Order of ceremony, processional and seating, vows pages for each of you, readings and music, menu, bar, cake, decor, special songs, must-play and do-not-play lists, toasts and a reception run of show. Attire planners for both partners, fittings, hair and makeup, flowers, stationery and photo shot lists.
Wedding day, honeymoon and notes
Wedding week, the day before, an hour-by-hour wedding day timeline from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM, vendor arrival times, day-of contacts, an emergency kit list and packing lists. Then a honeymoon planner, itinerary, name change checklist, wrap-up list and a memories page. Lined, dot grid, square grid and blank notes pages finish it off.
The bonus Excel budget and guest tracker
This is where the math happens. Type your total budget and pick your currency once. Payments you mark as paid flow into your budget on their own. Overdue payments turn rose and ones due in the next 30 days turn gold. The guest list counts RSVPs and meals, and the seating tab fills in each table with names and flags any table that is over capacity. A dashboard shows the countdown, money spent, money left, RSVPs, meals and checklist progress with two charts. Formula cells are locked (no password), so nothing breaks by accident.

Does this wedding planner work with GoodNotes?
It is a standard hyperlinked PDF made for PDF note apps like GoodNotes and Notability. If a tap starts writing instead of jumping, switch to the view or hand tool and tap again.
Can I print it?
Yes. You get printable versions in US Letter and A4 with white backgrounds.
Is it dated?
The calendar runs from October 2026 to December 2028. Everything else is undated, and there are undated monthly and weekly pages too.
Can I use my own currency?
Yes. The planner uses Amount instead of a currency sign, and the Excel tracker has one currency setting for the whole workbook. Dollars are the default.
Does it work on Android?
Yes, with an Android app that opens PDFs and follows links.
Will I get a physical planner?
No. This is a digital download only.
Can I share it with my partner?
