A printable fitness planner that covers the whole job, not a slice of it
Most planners hand you a workout log and stop there. This printable fitness planner carries the whole thing: what you train, what you eat, what you drink, how you sleep, what the tape measure says, and the weekly review where you decide what to change next. 102 undated pages, each built for one job.
Nothing is dated. Start in March. Start on a Wednesday. Stop for six weeks and pick it up again. The pages do not care, and they do not expire.
Who it is for
- Anyone starting a 12-week block or a weight loss push who wants one place to keep it.
- Gym-goers tired of losing last week’s set weights in a notes app.
- Runners, walkers, cyclists and swimmers who want a log that is not tied to one app or one watch.
- People tracking food, water, sleep, mood or symptoms because a doctor asked them to.
- Anyone who simply thinks better on paper.

How it works
- Download the file that matches your paper or your tablet.
- Pick six to ten sheets that match this month. Print only those.
- Fill in your starting numbers and take your first progress photos on day one.
- Spend twenty minutes on Sunday planning workouts, meals and the grocery list.
- Track daily. It takes about two minutes.
- Review weekly, re-measure monthly, judge the plan at twelve weeks.
Why this one and not the usual printable bundle
- Real form fields. The fillable versions hold more than 9,000 working text boxes and tick boxes. Type into them, save, and come back later.
- Four sizes, drawn not shrunk. Each size has its own margins and spacing, so nothing goes tiny on A5 or stranded on Letter.
- A clickable index. Two contents pages that jump straight to any sheet, with PDF bookmarks and an index link in every footer.
- Room for hole punches on both sides. The same print works in a left or right bound binder, and in disc or coil binding.
- Easy on ink. Hairline rules and light tints. Print it in grayscale and nothing is lost.
- Your units, your currency. Nothing is locked to kilos or pounds, kilometres or miles. Money fields just say amount.
File formats and what you need
Everything is PDF, except the user guide, which is DOCX and opens in Word, Google Docs or Pages. To print, any PDF reader will do. To type into the fillable versions you need a reader with form support, such as the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. The files also import into tablet note apps if you would rather write on them with a stylus.
Customising it
The page design is fixed, but little else is. Write your own units at the top of a column, mix sizes, print the cover on card or skip it, and build the binder in whatever order suits how you work.
Instant digital download
This is a digital product. Nothing is posted. Your files are ready as soon as payment clears and you can download them again whenever you need to. Print as many copies as you like for yourself and your household.

Questions people ask
Is it dated?
No. Every page is undated, so it works in any year and you can start on any day.
Can I type into it?
Yes, in the two fillable files. Every line, cell and tick box is a form field. Use a reader with form support and save your work as you go.
Which size should I print?
US Letter if you print at home in the United States, A4 almost everywhere else. A5 and Half Letter are there for small ring planners.
Will it work on an iPad or Android tablet?
Yes. Import the PDF into a note app and write on it with a stylus, or type into the fillable version in a reader app.
Do I have to print all 102 pages?
No, and you should not. Print the handful you need this month and come back for more later.
Does it work for building muscle rather than losing weight?
Yes. Nothing assumes you are losing weight.
Is this medical advice?
No. It is a planner. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or eating plan, especially if you are pregnant, managing a health condition or taking medication.
Can I resell or share the files?
No. The licence covers your own personal use. Full terms are on the last page of every PDF.
