Little Wins Digital Weight Loss Journal | Undated Hyperlinked Fitness, Meal & Calorie Tracker | GoodNotes, Notability, iPad, Android & Printable

$4.49

A 232-page digital weight loss journal for GoodNotes, Notability and Android tablets, with tap-to-jump tabs on every page. Log meals with calories and protein, workouts, water, sleep and mood, then watch your progress on trackers, a trend graph and a pounds-down chart.

Undated, so you can start any day. Includes blush and sage themes, a printable set in US Letter and A4, and a step-by-step user guide.

This digital weight loss journal gives you one calm place to log meals, workouts, water, sleep, mood and weigh-ins. Open it in GoodNotes, Notability or Xodo, tap a tab, and you’re on the page you need. No hunting. No juggling separate files. Just a 232-page undated journal that works the day you download it, plus a printable copy for anyone who likes pen and paper.

Little Wins is built around a simple idea: weight loss sticks when you notice the small stuff. The extra glass of water. The walk after dinner. The jeans that close a little easier. So the journal tracks those wins alongside the numbers.

What this weight loss and fitness journal helps you do

  • Plan each week, then check in honestly at the end of it
  • Log food with calories and protein, or just write what you ate
  • Keep workouts, steps and cardio in one spot
  • See your progress as a trend, not a daily guessing game
  • Build habits slowly and watch the streaks grow

Who it’s for

It suits beginners starting their first plan, people coming back after a break, and anyone who tried apps and found them noisy. If you count calories, there are columns for that. If you don’t, leave them empty. It works for walkers, runners, gym regulars and people who’d rather do Pilates in the living room.

How it works

  1. Download your files after checkout.
  2. Import the digital PDF into your note-taking app.
  3. Tap the side tabs to jump between 12 sections. The home button on every page brings you back to the contents.
  4. Inside each week, small chips take you between the plan, meals, workouts, check-in and Days 1 to 7.
  5. Write with your stylus. Duplicate any page when you want more.

There are 5,120 links in each digital file, and every one was checked to make sure it lands on the right page.

Two color themes, printable sizes included

You get a soft blush pink version and a calm sage green version, with identical pages. The printable set has one of every page type in US Letter and A4, so you can print just the pages you like and keep them in a binder.

What you need

An iPad or Android tablet with a PDF note-taking app that supports hyperlinks, such as GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo or Samsung Notes. A stylus makes writing easier. You can also open the files on a computer, or print them at home. Phones will open it, but the pages are sized for tablets.

Customizing it

Everything is undated, so you can start any day. Tick lb or kg on each tracker. Name your own custom sections, swap themes whenever you like, and paste stickers from the sticker sheet onto any page. Money fields, like the grocery budget, are left neutral so you can use your own currency.

Digital download

This is an instant digital download. Nothing is shipped. Your files are ready on the order confirmation page and in your account once payment goes through.
