$1.33

A printable weight loss planner with 52 undated pages for your goals, meals, workouts, water, sleep and weekly weigh-ins. Plot your progress on a 12-week weight graph, work out your BMI and goal timeline, and color in a pound or kilogram counter as the weight comes off.

  • US Letter, A4, A5 and Happy Planner Classic sizes
  • Blush Pink plus a gray Ink-Saver version
  • Clickable contents, 300 DPI JPGs and a user guide

The Petal & Pace printable weight loss planner puts your goals, food, workouts, water, sleep and weekly weigh-ins in one soft pink journal. It has 52 undated pages. Print the whole thing or just the pages you need, as often as you like. Start on a Monday, a birthday or a random Thursday. It works either way.

Most weight loss printables give you a weight log and a meal plan, then stop. This one keeps going. You get a BMI and goal calculator, a 12-week weight graph, a pound counter and a kilogram counter, a fasting tracker, fitness tests, a weekly check-in and a monthly review. All of it lives behind a clickable contents page.

What This Weight Loss Planner Does

It helps you see your progress. Not just the number on the scale, but the habits behind it. Write down why you started. Track what you eat and how you felt after. Plot your weekly weigh-ins and watch the line drop. Then look back at the end of each month and decide what to change.

The pages are calm and easy to read, with plenty of writing space. Thin pink frames and light label bars keep it pretty without using up your ink. Prefer plain pages? A gray Ink-Saver version is included too.

Who It Is For

  • Anyone starting a weight loss journey who wants one simple place to write things down
  • People who already work out and want to log sets, runs or steps next to their food
  • Planner lovers who use a binder, a clipboard or a disc-bound Happy Planner® Classic
  • Calorie counters, macro trackers and people who would rather not count at all

How It Works

  1. Buy and download your files right away from your account or the order email.
  2. Unzip the planner ZIP and open the PDF that matches your paper.
  3. Fill in your why, your goals and your starting numbers first.
  4. Print the daily and weekly pages you like best. Print extra copies whenever you need them.
  5. Weigh in once a week, plot the result, and do a quick check-in. That is the whole routine.

File Formats and What You Need

You get four downloads:

  • Planner ZIP with 8 PDFs (4 sizes × 2 colors) and the user guide
  • User Guide as a Word DOCX file
  • JPG pages, US Letter ZIP with all 52 pages as images
  • JPG pages, A4 ZIP with all 52 pages as images

To open the PDFs you need a free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. The guide opens in Microsoft Word, Google Docs or LibreOffice. To unzip, use the built-in tools on Windows or Mac. A home printer works fine. For the JPGs, any print shop or photo kiosk will do.

Customizing Your Planner

The pages are printables, not fillable forms, so you make them your own with a pen. Pick your color version. Choose pounds or kilograms. Print only the sections you use. Add stickers, washi tape or highlighters. The month is not printed on any page, so the same planner works next year too.

Real Ways People Use It

  • The 12-week reset: print the 12-Week Weight Graph, a Weekly Check-In and a Weekly Meal Planner for each week, then clip them in a binder.
  • The gym log: keep the Weight Training Log and Fitness Tests pages on a clipboard in your gym bag.
  • The no-counting approach: use the Daily Food Diary, Water Tracker and Mood & Energy Tracker to spot patterns without tracking calories.
  • The Happy Planner insert: print the Classic size file, trim and punch, then add pages to your existing planner.
