This monthly habit tracker printable gives you one clean landscape page to track up to 20 habits for a whole month, plus nine more pages to plan, challenge and review your routines. Print it at home, or use the fillable PDF and let the weekdays, totals and percentages fill themselves in.
It started with a simple idea: a habit tracker should tell you how you are doing, not just collect dots. So every row has a Goal, a Done count and a %. The bottom row shows how many habits you finished each day. And the month gets a single score you can beat next time.
What makes this monthly habit tracker different
- Goals that fit real life. Not every habit is daily. Write 12 for the gym and 31 for water, and your % is measured against the goal you set.
- Totals that do the math. In the fillable PDF, pick the month and type the year. The weekday letters appear, ticks add up, and Done, %, daily totals and your month score update as you go.
- Week shading. Soft bands mark weeks two and four, so your eye never loses its place across 31 columns.
- Two styles in one. Circles if you like dots, boxes if you like to color in.
- Room to grow. A 30 day habit challenge, a yearly habit tracker, a habit planner, a monthly review and a scoreboard for the whole year.

How it works
- Download the ZIP right after checkout and unzip it.
- Choose your file. Letter for US paper, A4 for most other countries. Printable for pen and paper, fillable for screen use.
- Add your habits and goals, then mark each day you show up. A small key covers done, partly done, skipped and rest days.
- Review at the end of the month and carry your % over to the scoreboard.
Who it’s for
It suits beginners who want something simple, planner fans who keep everything in a binder, and anyone who prefers ticking boxes on a laptop. It’s undated, so you can start this week, on the 1st or in January. Here are a few ways buyers use it:
- A morning and evening routine tracker taped inside a kitchen cabinet
- A 30 day habit challenge with a friend or a coworker
- A fitness log that counts workouts against a monthly goal instead of a daily one
- A study tracker for reading, flashcards and practice hours
- A money habit tracker for no-spend days and logging purchases
- A family chart for chores, screen time or reading minutes
Printing and file details
- Format: PDF (printable and fillable) plus a DOCX user guide
- Sizes: US Letter landscape (11 x 8.5 in) and A4 landscape (297 x 210 mm)
- Margins: about 0.6 in on the left and right, so you can hole-punch either side
- Colorways: Warm (sand shading with an amber accent) and Mono (grays only, kind to your ink)
- Software: any PDF reader for printing. For the automatic totals, use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, where we tested every calculation. Apple Preview and many phone apps let you type and tick but skip the math.
- Customizing: the printed design is fixed, so it prints the same every time. You can write or type anything in the habit names, goals and notes.

Monthly habit tracker FAQ
Is this habit tracker dated?
No. It’s undated, so you can reuse it every month and every year.
Can I fill it in on my computer?
Yes. The fillable PDF lets you type and tick on screen. In Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, weekdays, totals, streaks and percentages calculate on their own.
Does it work on an iPad?
You can open and print the files on an iPad. Most iPad PDF apps let you type and tick, though the automatic totals need an app that runs PDF form calculations.
Which size should I download?
Use US Letter in the United States and Canada and A4 almost everywhere else. Both are included.
How many habits can I track?
Up to 20 per month on the main trackers, 10 on the Focus Tracker and one on the 30-day and yearly pages.
Can I print it in black and white?
Yes. The Mono files use grays only and look clean on a black-and-white printer.
What if I miss a day?
Mark it as skipped and keep going. The tracker shows progress against your goal, so one missed day doesn’t spoil the month.
