Rise & Rest is a digital gratitude journal for people who want the habit without the homework. You get one page for each day, split into a short morning section and a short evening section. Most days take about five minutes in the morning and five at night. Open it on your iPad or Android tablet, or print the pages if you like paper better.
There are no dates to fall behind on. The 90 daily pages are numbered Day 1 to Day 90, so you can start on a Tuesday in March or a Sunday in October. Miss a day? Carry on with the next page.
What this digital gratitude journal does
Mornings set the tone. You write up to three intentions, what would make today great, and one short affirmation. That’s it. Coffee optional.
Evenings are for the good stuff. The bottom of the same page is tinted, so you can find it fast when you’re tired. Note three good things that happened, a few small things you’re thankful for, and empty your head into the brain dump before bed. Then rate your day with one to five stars.
A quick check-in strip at the top tracks mood, sleep and water in about ten seconds. Over a few weeks, those little circles and drops start telling you a story.

How it works
- Download your files right after checkout.
- Pick a color. Import that PDF into GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo or another PDF note app that lets you write on pages. Or print the Letter or A4 file.
- Tap the cover to open your journal home, fill in the Before you begin page, then turn to Day 1.
- Write for five minutes in the morning and five at night. Every seventh page, a weekly reflection is waiting for you.
Getting around is easy
Every page has side tabs for Home, 90 days, Trackers, Prompts and Notes. Arrows at the top move you to the previous or next page, so Day 7 leads straight into your Week 1 reflection. Each color version holds over 1,000 working links. You won’t scroll through a hundred pages to find today.
Why buyers pick Rise & Rest
Plenty of digital journals give you a single daily page and leave you to duplicate it. This one gives you the whole 90-day path: daily pages, weekly and monthly reviews, trackers and prompts, all linked together. Writing areas stay light in every theme, even Charcoal, so your pen strokes are easy to read. And each file is under 1 MB, which keeps your note app quick.
