This printable weight loss challenge kit turns your goal into a board game you color in. Pick a board, work out what each square is worth, and fill one in every time the scale drops. Star squares unlock rewards you choose ahead of time. Around the boards you get a full fitness tracker set: weigh-ins, a progress graph, measurements, workouts, habits, food and water, and a monthly check-in. Seventeen pages. Print them as often as you like.
What makes this weight loss challenge tracker different
Most weight loss challenge printables give you one page with 20 squares. That works if you have exactly the right amount to lose. If you don’t, you’re stuck doing math or leaving half the board empty.
Pound Path gives you four board sizes (10, 20, 30 and 50 squares) plus a 100-square color-in grid. A Square Size Helper chart tells you what each square is worth for goals from 5 to 200, so there is no math at all. Losing 40 lbs on the 20-square board? Each square is 2 lbs. Done.
And the boards are only the start. A one-page tracker shows you the finish line. This kit also helps you get there, week by week.
