This printable workout chart bundle gives you 16 illustrated exercise posters with 320 home exercises, so you always know what to do next. Every card shows where you start, where you finish and which way to move, with a short form cue, reps and a difficulty level. You also get 48 ready-made workouts, a 4-week kickstart plan and a 41-page fitness planner to track it all.
Print them for your wall, keep them in a binder or open them on a tablet. No gym, no app, no guessing.
What makes these workout charts different
Most exercise posters show one frozen pose and leave you to figure out the rest. Here, each of the 320 cards shows a soft grey start position, a full-color end position and a dashed arrow for the movement. You can glance at it mid-workout and keep going.
Each card also carries:
- A one-line coaching cue, like “knees track over toes” or “back stays flat”
- Reps, time or hold, with “/ side” where it applies
- A 1 to 3 dot level so beginners and regulars can both pick the right moves
And you get real downloadable PDF files. No shared drive links, no extra sign-ups.

File formats and requirements
- Home-Workout-Chart-Library-US-Letter.pdf (24 pages, 8.5 × 11 in)
- Home-Workout-Chart-Library-A4.pdf (24 pages)
- Home-Workout-Fitness-Planner-US-Letter.pdf (41 pages)
- Home-Workout-Fitness-Planner-A4.pdf (41 pages)
- Home-Workout-Chart-Library-User-Guide.docx (printing tips, how to use every page, troubleshooting and FAQ)
You need a free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or your browser. The guide opens in Microsoft Word, Google Docs or any app that reads .docx files. The charts are vector files, so they print sharp at poster sizes like 11 × 17 in or A3.
Customization
The reps on each card are a starting point. Write your own numbers on the chart, circle your favorite moves or mix two charts into one session. The planner is undated and leaves units blank, so you can track in pounds or kilograms, inches or centimeters, miles or kilometers. Money never comes up, so there’s no currency to change.
Digital download
This is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. Your files are ready right after checkout. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen and printer. For personal use only: please don’t share, resell or use the files in paid classes.
FAQ
Do I need any equipment?
Most charts need only a mat, a wall or a sturdy chair. The band, ball and dumbbell charts need that item, and water bottles work in place of light dumbbells.
Is this good for beginners?
Yes. Every move has a level rating and every chart has a Beginner workout. The Chair, Posture and Stretching charts are gentle places to start.
What size should I print?
Use US Letter in the US and Canada and A4 in most other countries. You can also scale the vector files up to poster size.
Can I use it on an iPad or tablet?
Yes. The PDFs open in any PDF reader, and the contents pages and index have tappable links.
How long are the workouts?
Most ready-made workouts take 12 to 25 minutes. Add rounds to make them longer.
Will these exercises help with belly fat?
The Belly & Waist Burn chart strengthens your core and adds cardio, but no exercise burns fat from one spot. Pair it with daily movement, good sleep and balanced meals for overall fat loss.
Is this medical advice?
No. It’s general fitness information. Check with a healthcare professional before starting a new routine, especially if you’re pregnant, injured or have a health condition.
