An undated digital fitness planner that keeps your whole routine in one place
Most fitness planners make you jump between apps. One for workouts, one for food, a notebook for your weight. This digital fitness planner pulls all of it into one hyperlinked PDF. You plan the week, log a leg day, check your water and jot down how you slept, all without leaving the file.
There are no printed dates. Start in January or start on a random Wednesday in August. Nothing goes to waste.

What is inside the planner
Year, months, weeks and days
A year at a glance, then 12 months. Each month has five linked pages: calendar, goals, a 31-day health and habit grid, an intermittent fasting log and a monthly reflection. After that come 52 undated weekly pages (with previous and next week buttons) and 31 full daily pages. The daily page covers a schedule from 6am, a 10-row workout table, cardio, meals with calories and protein, water, mood and gratitude.
Fitness tracker pages
Body transformation, progress photos, body measurements, weight tracker with a weekly chart, body fat tracker, steps tracker, running log, weightlifting planner, workout planner, personal records, a progressive overload tracker and a training split planner. That last pair is missing from most planners in this price range.
Wellness and lifestyle
Mood tracker (a year in color), wheel of life, self-care goals, a self-care checklist with 24 ideas, manifestation journal, mental health journal, 12 written affirmations and daily gratitude. Lifestyle pages cover your future self, designing your life, morning and evening routines, a chores planner, a priority matrix, a goal planner and a brain dump.
Health and nutrition
Sleep, cycle, symptoms, vitals, supplements and medications, plus a water tracker. On the food side you get a recipe book with 12 linked recipe cards, a weekly meal planner, a grocery list sorted by aisle, a food log, a calorie tracker, a nutrition chart, a kitchen cheat sheet with USDA safe cooking temperatures, and a kitchen conversions page.
Challenges and finances
Six challenges keep things fun: 7-day, 30-day, 52-week, a 75-day discipline challenge with your own rules, a weight loss challenge and fitness bingo. Nine finance pages handle the money side: yearly finances, a yearly bills tracker, monthly finances, a budget, expenses, income, subscriptions, a debt tracker and a 52-week savings challenge.
Notes
16 paper styles, from lined and dotted to Cornell, storyboard and workout notes.
How the hyperlinked planner works
- Eleven tabs across the top open every section.
- Twelve month tabs run down the right side of every page.
- A home button on every page takes you back to the index.
- The index lists every template by name, and each name is a link.
Over 6,400 links were checked, and every one lands on the right page.
Who it is for
- Beginners starting a weight loss or glow up journey
- Gym regulars who want to log lifts, runs and PRs
- Busy people who plan meals and workouts on a Sunday
- Anyone who would rather print pages and write by hand
Real ways people use it
Plan four lifting days on the weightlifting page, then add a little weight each week on the progressive overload tracker. Do a Sunday weigh-in, dot it on the weight chart and watch the line drop. Log a 16:8 fast for a month and spot which days felt easy. Track your cycle next to your energy and see the pattern. Or print the grocery list and meal planner and stick them on the fridge.
